WHO IS PJ DUNN CCP?

 PJ Dunn C.C.P. is described as a “critical thinker with a heart for human flourishing.” For the past nine years, PJ has inspired executives and transitioning professionals on how to polish their natural strengths while managing weaknesses. 

As a master certified Strengths Champion and certified coach practitioner through the Certified Coaching Federation, PJ has over 3,200 coaching hours and has delivered 425 presentations to-date and continues to be an advocate for those who advocate. PJ coaches lawyers from the partner level to the associate level, solo law firms to mid-size firms, C-level executive boards, sales teams, business owners and financial services industry executives who need traction when processing specific goals. 

PJ is one of only a handful of non-lawyers chosen to advise the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers board of directors (2005). The DAYL has for the last eight years invited PJ to speak at the DAYL’s annual leadership retreat. 

For six consecutive years, SMU Dedman School of Law has invited PJ back to speak on how to use networking to secure employment during and post collegiate activities. Not to be outdone by a Dallas university, Fort Worth’s Texas Wesleyan University has invited PJ to deliver the same sage advice for the TWU School of Law. Currently PJ has accepted four consecutive invitations to speak to the jobseeking Fort Worth law students.
